Safety and Security
This area is quiet but we have some bad elements and criminals around, keep you and your roommates safe, do not act in an irresponsible way.
Do not leave the gate open, always lock the gate. If you need to go somewhere, please let somebody (your roommate know where you are going), so we know what to tell your parents of you disappear.
No loitering, standing or sitting on the street or at the gate or on the grass outside on the street
Visitors
You can only invite 1 friend into your living space, your visitor cannot be of a different gender then you, for the sake of your other room mates
No alcohol or Drugs must kept or consumed on the property, you contract will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave
Your visitors cannot just walk into the premises, they must wait for you at the gate to come collect them
— if your visitors continue to enter, we will introduce a fine of R50, the security of your roommates is critical, people cannot just walk in the yard
No sleep overs ( All roommates will receive a final warning if they allow somebody to sleep over )
No cars to be parked inside the yard
Noise: No loud music or playing music the whole day, you are not living alone
No Shouting and making noise, talk and laugh with other people in mind
Cleanliness – Dirty Dishes should be in your living spaces the whole day, rather leave them outside. We don’t want rats and Cockroaches
All Garbage must not be left in the room or outside the room, please put them in the dustbins outside by the gate
